A good family getaway

The location was perfect for beach access, just a 5-minute walk away. Each day we explored the local area with ease and enjoyed the friendly staff who were more than happy to assist with any requests.

We experienced issues with the condition of our room initially, as several appliances were either faulty or not in working condition. Cleaning was only provided once during our week-long stay.

We enjoyed the location of these apartments, we have stayed here 3 years ago also, which is why we returned, the apartments are spacious and very clean, and fantastic size balcony for entertaining.

It was superb base for travelling to Salou, I was glad to stay there. The hotel was situated in the central location in a very populated tourist area. Street food restaurant La Chula was located 5 minutes walk away. No complains at all, had a such great stay of 5 nights😀😀

The apartments have lovely white walls and light-wood accents that give them a cozy yet modern feel were nice. All amenities were easily accessible, perfect like me.

More frequent housekeeping for longer stays would be nice.

A lot of free parking around. Not laud at night. Shops and nice beach are not far away. Apartment is pretty good for this amount of money. Kitchen got everything you need. WiFi costs 3 EUR for all stay and it is possible to connect from balcony.

You should be prepared, that kitchen got everything, but salt, sugar, pepper, oil, etc. For this amount of money, it is a nice place to stay.

It was just a good match for a hurried visit in Salou with excellent value for money. The reception staff were really polite and helped us find great dining options nearby. Try to grab a room with a better view if possible.

I had great time here, great and lovely location!

Truly enjoyed an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers, and television in the room. Plus it had city view. The jewel in the crown was very-very nice staff.

Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take

Like delivering pizza. The central location allowed for easy access to beach, dining, and shopping, all just a short walk away.

Limited housekeeping service felt insufficient, with only one cleanup during our week-long stay. The air conditioning unit blew hot air directly onto the balcony.

1 apartments are located close to the sea, a supermarket and a cafe. 2 it was everything you needed in the room. 3 Plumbing fixtures and appliances have been fairly new. 4 Apartments are large enough

The location of the hotel was good, and our room had big nice balcony. The rooms were big and spacious. At the reception the service was good and all the receptionists spoke english well.

There were a nasty odour in our room (like sewer) which probably came from the bathroom but the whole apartment smelled like it. We had ear plugs, luckily, since there were much noise from the karaoke bar from next door hotel in the evenings until late at night.

Wi-Fi worked great, but the lack of sun around the pool was disappointing.

Our room was located apart from others and we had no problems with noisy neighbors. Rooms were good. Kitchen equipment is also ok. There are a lot free parking places around the hotel.

Russian speaking receptionist didn't speak Russian to us. We were able to speak English but her attitude remained strange for us. Other girls were very friendly and helpful. It would be good to have more often room cleaning.

Reception staff excellent, on arrival we found our apartment had no kettle and only one patio chair, after telling staff both were delivered within 5 mins. Any queries we had regarding transport etc were dealt with with efficiently. The apartments are 5 mins from beach and close to shops, bars and restaurants.
